About the Role
Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and safe for tenants and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Performs minor electrical maintenance.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance.
- Performs HVAC filter changes.
- Performs general construction such as painting and carpentry for tenant improvements or general maintenance.
- Performs janitorial maintenance including cleaning rooms, common areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and parking lots, as well as trash removal.
- Performs grounds work and landscaping.
- Performs snow removal.
- Assists with third-party vendor access and coordination.
- Responds to emergency maintenance situations.
- May be required to be on call after-hours for emergency or snow removal efforts.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
- Follows all safety and OSHA related policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to meet or exceed attendance and punctuality standards.
- Ability to use common tools.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, use sound judgment, and effectively manage time and job responsibilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license required.
