About the Role

Cloudflare's mission is to help build a better Internet. The Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Zero Trust market is a transformative growth opportunity. To lead this, Cloudflare has created the Cloudflare One (CF1) Speedboat, a dedicated, cross-functional organization designed to operate with the focus, agility, and autonomy of a startup, backed by Cloudflare's global scale. This role will own and scale a high-growth global business, define the GTM strategy, and build a multi-billion-dollar business in a dynamic market. It's an opportunity to lead a 'company within a company,' shaping the future of enterprise security and Internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

Act as the general manager of Cloudflare One business unit, with full accountability for global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L performance.
Craft and execute a bold, differentiated strategy to establish Cloudflare as the world’s leading SASE and Zero Trust platform, aligning product innovation, ecosystem partnerships, and field execution.
Recruit, develop, and lead a global organization across sales, solution engineering, success, operations, and GTM strategy, fostering a culture of speed, accountability, and innovation.
Establish and manage a high-velocity operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and executive-level reporting grounded in data-driven insights.
Drive growth through deep collaboration with Cloudflare’s partner ecosystem, enabling global systems integrators, MSPs, and channel partners.
Serve as the bridge between the market and the business, translating customer and partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
Own Cloudflare's GTM for AI-native enterprises, driving adoption of AI Gateway, Zero Trust for AI model access, and DLP for prompt-level data protection.
Represent Cloudflare One as an executive spokesperson with customers, partners, industry analysts, and at major events, positioning Cloudflare as a thought leader in Zero Trust and network security.

Requirements

15+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses, ideally with prior GM or P&L ownership experience.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems, including SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and network security.
Proven record of building and scaling partner-led GTM models and ecosystem-driven growth strategies.
Track record of winning against entrenched security incumbents in enterprise accounts, with specific fluency in the SASE competitive landscape.
Working understanding of how enterprises are deploying AI infrastructure and the associated security, connectivity, and observability requirements.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute rigorous operating frameworks that drive sustained, measurable growth.
Known for building high-performance global teams and cultivating cultures of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging with customers, analysts, boards, and global audiences.
