About the Role
The Bugis Singapore Restaurant seeks an experienced and passionate Head Chef with strong Chinese/Singaporean culinary expertise to lead the kitchen, create exceptional dining experiences, and develop the culinary offering. The Head Chef will have full autonomy, develop new menus, and build a talented team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen and create an exceptional dining experience.
- Develop the culinary offering and create new menus.
- Build and lead a passionate and talented team of chefs.
- Bring expertise and creativity to the role.
- Work closely with the wider team to develop and elevate the food offering.
- Maintain consistently high culinary standards.

- Ensure strong understanding of food safety, cost control, and kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a high-quality restaurant.
- Strong expertise in Chinese/Singaporean cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Experience across a broader Pan Asian offering is ideal.
- Confident in menu creation and recipe development.
- Strong understanding of food safety, cost control, and kitchen operations.
- Creativity, passion, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
