About the Role
Manage the entire project development cycle from strategic acquisition to successful exit, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project development cycle from strategic acquisition to successful exit, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Conduct thorough site evaluations, prepare detailed feasibility studies, develop optimal space plans, and create precise cost estimates for complex commercial and residential projects.
- Professionally negotiate with authorities, agencies, urban planners, and community stakeholders, building strategic partnerships for successful project realization.
- Oversee and manage urban development workshops and architectural competitions, as well as the complete support of development plan procedures from initiation to adoption.
- Negotiate and manage urban development contracts, development agreements, and neighborhood agreements, ensuring their legally compliant implementation.
- Handle internal and external reporting, prepare regular project status reports, and communicate progress to management and investors.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of in-depth professional experience in project development, ideally with project developers, institutional investors, or in real estate consulting.
- Solid knowledge in Financial Modelling, with the ability to independently calculate and evaluate project developments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and planning law, urban development law, and the procedures for land use planning processes.
- Strong communication skills with pronounced assertiveness and excellent negotiation skills.
- Independent, precise, and performance-oriented personality with strong communication, assertiveness, and presentation skills.
- Fluent German (C1) and good English language skills.
