About the Role

A count team member will accurately retrieve, sort, count, and reconcile daily monetary receipts and deposits. The individual will travel regularly to other casinos to perform counts. Cash handling experience and precision are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately retrieve, sort, count, and reconcile daily monetary receipts and deposits.
  • Collect cash/ticket cassettes from electronic gaming machines and monies from table games drop boxes.
  • Participate in float preparation and loading/unloading of ticket redemption machines.
  • Count and reconcile monies collected from slot machines, tables and vending machines as applicable.
  • Prepare daily deposits for Slots, Lotteries and Food and Beverage.
  • Travel to other Casinos on a regular basis to perform counts.

Requirements

  • A secondary school diploma.
  • One or more years of experience in customer service and handling cash (preferably large volumes).
  • Proven high level of Customer Service.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding area.
  • Ability to work within a confined space.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Good manual dexterity to accurately handle cash, tickets.
  • Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to pull, lift, and carry objects up to 35lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull a heavy cart.
