About the Role
TESIM Electric is seeking a Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, callers, candidates, customers, and vendors. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk, phones, mail, deliveries, and shared calendars.
- Route questions to the right team member and maintain a professional reception area.
- Support meeting setup, office supplies, basic document preparation, scanning, and filing.
- Help coordinate candidate arrivals, vendor visits, and company events.
Requirements
- Must be a follower of the TESIM Electric page on LinkedIn prior to applying.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly, dependable, and professional communication.
- Basic email, calendar, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is helpful but not required.
