About the Role
This role requires engineers who can monitor and respond to issues in a 24/7 FedRAMP environment, involving real-time monitoring, log-level investigation, and deployment execution. It's an opportunity to gain experience in FedRAMP and GovCloud work.
Responsibilities
- Real-time monitoring and first-response triage across AWS (Commercial/GovCloud) and EKS infrastructure.
- Log-level root cause investigation in Kibana and Elasticsearch.
- CVE remediation and STIG hardening within FedRAMP SLA windows.
- Deployment execution and troubleshooting through GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows.
Requirements
- US citizenship and residence on US soil.
- FedRAMP suitability and US-soil-only eligibility are non-negotiable.
- Availability for overnight/weekend rotational shifts.
- 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, systems administration, or cloud support.
- Solid Linux administration (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu) and comfort with bash/Python scripting.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, AWS core services, and L4/L7 load balancing troubleshooting.
