About the Role
As Art Director, you'll be responsible for the full creative output for clients, including concepting campaign ideas, art directing shoots, and delivering production-ready assets across digital, social, video, and retail. This role requires strong craft skills, the ability to guide creative direction, and collaboration with various teams. It suits individuals comfortable working independently and leading creatively, with an interest in product marketing.
Responsibilities
- Concept and develop creative ideas across the full marketing mix, from brief to final delivery.
- Lead the visual development of product launches, ensuring creative integrity and consistency.
- Art direct photo and video productions with a clear visual vision and confident on-set direction.
- Present creative work clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and producers to deliver cohesive creative.
- Develop and adapt assets across multiple formats and platforms, maintaining brand standards.
- Contribute actively to briefing and concepting sessions with fresh thinking.
- Mentor and support junior creatives, providing constructive direction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and communicating proactively.
- Stay current with design, platform, and consumer trends relevant to the home appliances and consumer goods category.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and high-quality visual craft across digital, social, campaign, and production work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience developing creative for product launches.
- Ability to concept and execute independently, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional creative teams.
- Solid understanding of digital and social platforms and how creative performs across formats and channels.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present and defend creative decisions.
- A proactive, organized approach to managing multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in an agency or in-house studio environment (agency background is a plus).
