About the Role
The Painter is responsible for painting and decorating tasks within Soho House Berlin, ensuring all spaces are well-maintained and in excellent condition for guests and members.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and filling.
- Apply paints and other coatings to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and furniture.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed reliably and to a high standard.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all materials and equipment for painting and decorating.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and in accordance with hotel guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
- Professional experience in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
