About the Role
As an Analyst on the Technology team, you will support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes. You will gain core investment banking knowledge and develop analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Responsibilities include creating financial models, drafting materials, and participating in client presentations. You will identify training opportunities and monitor work quality. Analysts are expected to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and thrive under pressure, playing a critical role on transaction teams.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, and financial advisory deal processes and projects.
- Create financial models.
- Draft pitch and marketing materials.

Requirements
