About the Role
ABOUT YOU is a rapidly expanding e-commerce company focused on fashion and technology, aiming to revolutionize online shopping by making it personal and seamless. We foster a culture of initiative, direct communication, and trust, offering a dynamic environment for individuals to contribute their perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategic assortment and budget planning, including seasonal forecast preparation.
- Monitoring sales performance and deriving in-season measures such as reorders.
- Preparing weekly sales reports and presentations, and creating ad-hoc analyses.
- Identifying growth potentials and white spots within assortment categories.
- Continuously optimizing Merchandise Planning toolkit and processes.
- Collaborating closely with Buying & Design Teams as a key contributor to own brand success.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Previous experience in Merchandise Planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of sales KPIs and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Initial experience with SQL (Google BigQuery).
- High level of independence and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
