About the Role
ABOUT YOU is one of Europe's fastest-growing e-commerce companies, merging fashion and technology. Our mission is to rethink and personalize online shopping, requiring individuals who demonstrate initiative and challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities
- Strategic assortment and budget planning, including the creation of seasonal forecasts.
- Monitoring sales performance and deriving/implementing in-season measures, such as reorder decisions.
- Creating weekly sales reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Identifying growth potential and white spots within assortment categories.
- Continuously optimizing merchandise planning tools and processes.
- Close collaboration with buying and design teams, actively contributing to the success of our private labels.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study.
- Initial professional experience in Merchandise Planning.
- Strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of relevant sales KPIs, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Initial experience with SQL (Google BigQuery).
- High degree of independence and pragmatic hands-on mentality in problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with various stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills.
