About the Role
Blue Nile is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to fulfill orders, stock inventory, aid in audit counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping. This is a seasonal position with full-time hours and strong overtime availability.
Responsibilities
- Process E-Commerce Orders – Pull, invoice, & package jewelry.
- Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests – Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments.
- Labeling – Print RFID tags for new jewelry.
- Returns – Process return, orders and tag items.
- Stocking – Scan items into their designated bins.
- Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking.
- Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory.
Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc).
