About the Role

FareHarbor is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Core Product Group, focusing on client-facing dashboards and customer interactions. This role is crucial for driving client innovation, optimizing conversion, and delivering exceptional user experiences. The Group Product Manager will define product vision and roadmap, manage a team of Product Managers, and contribute to key initiatives by translating business needs into actionable product strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Core Product Group at FareHarbor, shaping its strategy and execution.
  • Lead and mentor Product Managers, fostering accountability, fast execution, and continuous learning.
  • Drive product excellence through data-driven decision-making, aligning initiatives with client value, market demands, and business impact.
  • Own and measure success metrics (KPIs), holding the team accountable for measurable results.
  • Navigate ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly, making informed trade-offs for high-impact opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the company’s strategic direction by aligning group efforts with company priorities.
  • Foster a bias for action within the team, promoting urgency and a results-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B SaaS.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring Product Managers, setting product processes, and fostering product thinking and methodology.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making effective trade-offs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features, and processes that drive value.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leading with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience building AI-enabled products, including identifying use cases, partnering with Engineering and Data/AI teams, and managing AI capabilities from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of AI opportunities and limitations, including evaluating quality, reliability, privacy, and client value.
