About the Role
Our Adler-Apotheke in Bernau combines classic public service with structured clinic care, offering a traditional and versatile environment with clear responsibilities, short distances, and a cohesive team. You will have professional responsibility in the pharmacy, providing pharmaceutical advice, managing compounding and manufacturing, conducting plausibility checks, documenting, and guiding technical staff. You will also contribute to quality management and process optimization, working closely with branch management and clinic supply.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for quality, consultation, and daily business in the pharmacy.
- Provide empathetic, expert, and patient-oriented pharmaceutical advice.
- Take operational responsibility for safe, quality-assured compounding and manufacturing processes.
- Perform plausibility checks and documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide professional guidance and training to pharmacy technicians (PTA) and pharmaceutical sales assistants (PKA).
- Contribute to quality management, including SOPs, hygiene plans, and continuous process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with branch management and clinic supply.
- Participate in shaping processes and pharmaceutical services.
Requirements
- Approbation as a pharmacist.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Consultation competence and team orientation – open, approachable, and confident.
- Interest in or initial sound knowledge of compounding and manufacturing.
- Structured, responsible work approach with a high quality standard.
- Strong communication skills towards patients and the team.
