About the Role
As the face of our stores during the Christmas season, you will be the first point of contact at the Tea Bar, preparing matcha, assisting customers with gift selection, and embodying our modern drinking culture. This is a temporary position from October to January, with a focus on Fridays, Saturdays, and weekends during Advent.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, present, and share drinks.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and help them find the perfect gift.
- Unpack and stock merchandise, and maintain the appearance of promotional areas.
- Assist with dismantling displays, sales, and inventory preparation in January.
Requirements
- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Advent weekends is mandatory.
- Open and curious approach to customers.
- Enthusiasm for lifestyle and emerging tea trends.
- Previous experience in sales, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required; career changers are explicitly welcome.
