About the Role
Acura of Austin North is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Associates in Austin, TX. This role offers excellent income potential, with top performers earning over $100K. You will receive excellent training and support from the Management Team in a positive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn about products and keep abreast of current inventory
- Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present sales pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
- Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
- Prospect for new customers
Requirements
- An energetic 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
- Goal-oriented with a history of achieving success
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
