About the Role
As a Football Coach at Bloomsbury Football Foundation, you will lead high-quality sessions for children and young people across London, supporting social change by building confidence, sparking a love of the game, and showing young people their potential. You will plan and deliver sessions in line with the curriculum, coach alongside existing coaches, and help young people advance their game. Contract coaches have the opportunity to continue coaching on a full-time basis, delivering sessions in schools, community hubs, coaching club teams, and providing specialist inclusive football provision.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-quality sessions for children and young people.
- Plan and deliver sessions in line with the curriculum.
- Coach alongside existing Blooms coaches.
- Help every young person take their game to the next level.
- Deliver sessions in schools, community hubs, and coach club teams.
- Deliver specialist inclusive football provision for refugees, asylum seekers, and young people with disabilities.
Requirements
- FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification OR 1 year of experience working as a football coach.
- Experience working with young people.
- Availability to work 3pm-8pm weekdays and weekends.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
