About the Role
The Charles J. Lesh, MD Apartments (Batavia Apartment Treatment Program) is hiring a part-time Residential Assistant to assist with resident care and training under the direction of the Residence Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide teaching, supervision, and support to residents in areas of independent living.
- Observe, monitor, and document resident behaviors and progress.
- Assist in the preparation of nutritious meals.
- Assist in the implementation and supervision of recreational activities.
- Complete household chores to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Supervise and document resident medications.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings and provide input for treatment team meetings.
- Observe all safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Human services experience preferred
- Driving record that meets agency’s Clean Driving Record Policy.
