About the Role
Bartlett Tree Experts is seeking a full-time Arborist Representative to join their team. This role involves combining a passion for arboriculture with sharing knowledge to build client relationships, assess tree and shrub care needs, and provide scientific recommendations to grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities within a defined territory, including sales, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training.
- Meet daily with existing and potential residential and commercial clients to assess their tree and shrub care requirements.
- Cultivate and maintain positive business and client relationships within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and present client proposals using sales process tools, software, and technology.
- Oversee work execution to ensure adherence to signed contracts and client satisfaction.
- Establish personal sales expectations with a supervisor and work towards meeting sales goals.
- Implement and enforce all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience.
- Possess ISA Arborist Certification or the ability to obtain one (exam cost and preparation assistance provided).
- Ability to identify regional trees and shrubs, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend management plans.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary/Compensations
- $70,000-$125,000 annual draw based on experience plus commission
