About the Role
Essity Health and Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead brand building in local markets, aligning with global strategies. The ideal candidate will embody Essity's values of challenging, innovating, and experimenting in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local markets brand owner, responsible for Brand P/L, brand building, and profitable market share development.
- Lead annual brand plans, including A&P budget management and defining brand activation touchpoints according to global guidance.
- Oversee marketing local implementation, effective use of global materials, reduction of non-working expenses, and maximization of digital and paid media.
- Lead Brand & Innovation campaign activation, tracking performance, and implementing corrective actions.
- Brief Marketing Activation Managers on the annual brand plan.
- Manage brand assortment, product management, and pricing in alignment with global guidance, driving assortment initiatives with global partners.
- Act as the Brand Building expert for healthcare providers, payers, clinicians, and consumers.
- Identify and support the generation of necessary clinical evidence for allocated product ranges and therapy areas.
- Demonstrate expertise in capturing consumer and customer insights.
- Provide feedback to the global brand strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a Brand or Product Manager role, preferably in healthcare.
- Financial acumen and understanding.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to set Marketing Plans.
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
