About the Role
Bloomsbury Football Foundation is seeking a Performance Analysis Intern to support its Academy teams. This role involves delivering and expanding performance analysis services during match days and training sessions, contributing to player development through video analysis, and maximizing the use of analysis software and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Academy teams to deliver and expand performance analysis offering on match days and in training sessions for up to 20 hours per week.
- Help improve Academy players, aged 6 to 18, through performance analysis, capturing footage and sharing it with the coaching team.
- Maximize the potential of VEO and Hudl software, and VEO and GoPro hardware for the analysis team and wider Academy players and staff.
- Contribute innovative ideas to the Academy that may benefit players and coaches.
- Work closely with the coaching team to ensure easy access and utilization of their footage.
- Share learnings from relevant research and studies, suggesting incorporation into Bloomsbury Football’s programmes.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with Bloomsbury Football’s stakeholders.
