About the Role

We are seeking an individual who understands, builds, and operationally manages Creator Marketing as a performance-driven growth channel, with an eye for cultural relevance and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Creator Marketing, balancing cultural relevance with measurable performance.
Build sustainable relationships within the Creator Economy.
Develop formats that strengthen our brand and achieve concrete business results.
Develop and manage Creator and Influencer campaigns from ideation to evaluation, including tracking.
Build long-term relationships with influencers, creators, or other multipliers.
Identify new creators, trends, and relevant cultural movements.
Develop scalable content, gifting, and cooperation formats.
Coordinate creator events and community activations.
Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing, Brand, and Social teams.
Manage budget planning, contract management, and influencer CRM.
Continuously develop the Creator strategy, processes, and partner networks.
Analyze campaigns based on clear funnel KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversion, new customers, and revenue.
Optimize creator selection, content, and channels.

Requirements

First experience in building, managing, and scaling Creator, Influencer, or Performance Marketing programs with demonstrable impact on business goals.
Practical experience with tracking methods (e.g., promo codes, affiliate links, UTM tracking).
Experience with Creator/Influencer Marketing tools is a plus.
Analyze and optimize creator campaigns using relevant KPIs and derive actionable recommendations.
Strong sense for aesthetics, storytelling, design, and brand management in the context of social media.
Understand how modern lifestyle brands build attention, desirability, community, and growth.
Ability to develop creative ideas while consistently focusing on business goals.
Proactive, structured work style with a strong ownership mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
Confident communication in German and English.
