About the Role

Geotab is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Product Coordinator Intern to join our product management team. This is a hands-on role where you will support the vision of helping fleets connect and manage vehicles, assets, and other equipment. Your curiosity will drive you to work with teams across the organization, providing administrative support, product coordination, and developing presentations. You will focus on North American driver compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on product success metrics.
  • Participate and help with problem discovery, solution validation and elaboration.
  • Customer research coordination.
  • Manage the contact list and record contacts.
  • Engage customers/resellers directly to organize & collect feedback.
  • Identify process improvements and tools to improve research contact management.
  • Assist in Product Management support for small-medium scale feature development.
  • Assist Product Managers in the design, implementation and support for new or existing processes within the organization involving the product team.
  • Create & update materials and documentation for new and existing product features.
  • Take detailed notes during weekly and monthly product meetings, and distribute action items to team members.
  • Ensure cross-team communication occurs and members are up-to-date with impending feature improvements and timelines.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related disciplines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent calendar and task management skills, including coordination of meetings.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills (including tact and diplomacy) to deal effectively with internal/external contacts.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong storytelling ability and clarity of communication.
  • Strong interest to learn.
  • Proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
