Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in retirement consulting to support global organizations in optimizing the effectiveness of their employee retirement.
- Work with clients to determine the right approach to designing, funding, investing, communicating, governing, and employee management for their retirement plans.
- Learn about all services offered by Willis Towers Watson and how they complement the retirement consulting practice.
- Work beside industry top consultants.
- Progress toward becoming a thought leader of the future.

- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results.
- Build technical knowledge and overall industry expertise.
Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States.
- Will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
- Understand that student visas, CPT, OPT, H-1B, TN, and other temporary work authorizations are restricted forms of employment eligibility.
- Must be able to present another valid form of work authorization once temporary authorizations expire.
