Responsibilities

Embed with Fixed Income teams to identify high-value AI use cases
Design and build GenAI applications using Python, OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK, and agentic frameworks
Build retrieval pipelines (RAG) across structured/unstructured data
Design evaluation frameworks to test AI output accuracy and compliance alignment
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, and governance standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math, Finance, or equivalent experience
Strong Python and software engineering skills
Hands-on experience with OpenAI/Claude Agent SDK or comparable agentic frameworks
Strong prompt engineering skills
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders
