About the Role

Geotab is seeking a Channel Marketing Intern to work closely with partners, build project management skills, and contribute to partner-facing initiatives. This is an opportunity for a motivated university student to gain real-world marketing experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support partner programs, including processing co-marketing requests and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Assist with co-marketing initiatives and manage administrative tasks that drive partner engagement.
  • Help audit partner performance metrics and compile insights for data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in building process documentation, organizing shared drives, and maintaining marketing calendars and workflows.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of partner programs, including tracking participation and gathering feedback.
  • Provide day-to-day execution support for partner marketing activities, including campaign support and content management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Contribute to partner events and trade shows by supporting pre-event communications and collateral preparation.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to partner onboarding and campaign performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proof of eligibility to work for the duration of the internship.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
