About the Role

As the first Talent Acquisition hire in the region, you will own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to achieve ambitious growth goals. You will build and execute creative sourcing strategies, drive a fast and high-quality hiring process, and use data to improve outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and agency, with a bias toward action.
Proven success hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions, with primary focus on tech roles.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building processes from the ground up.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Excitement about helping establish and scale the company's presence in a new market.
Fluent in local language.
