About the Role

Join TYTAN's Growth team as a Working Student to manage outward communications across social media, press, and marketing, shaping how the company is perceived by media, the public, and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day of TYTAN’s LinkedIn channel, including drafting and scheduling posts, maintaining the editorial calendar, and managing the comment section.
• Produce publishable content from flight tests, production, and events, including short-form video, photography, and graphics, adhering to corporate identity and policies.
• Track coverage of TYTAN, competitors, and the C-UAS and defence-policy debate, preparing clippings and resonance analyses.
• Support press work by maintaining journalist contact lists, preparing briefings and one-pagers, and assisting in coordinating interviews and inquiries.
• Support event presence at trade fairs, conferences, and stakeholder formats in Munich, Berlin, and Brussels, from content preparation to live coverage.
• Produce and maintain outward-facing collateral, including website copy, newsletters, the media kit, and campaign materials.
• Report on channel performance, identify effective strategies, and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
• Demonstrable hands-on social media experience managing channels.
• Excellent writing skills, producing clean, publishable copy.
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Editorial judgment and discretion, understanding the sensitivity of defence and political communications.
• Genuine interest in security and defence policy and the political debate around European sovereignty.
• Confident with content and design tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, LinkedIn analytics, scheduling and video editing tools).
• Availability of approximately 20 hours per week during the semester.
• Must be available on-site in Munich for a minimum of six months.
• Must have a valid work permit; visa sponsorship is not offered.
