About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.
- Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.
- Educate customers on our sales and promotions.
- Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming enhancing the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
Requirements
- A customer-focused attitude—whether you have 1+ years of experience as a cashier or are eager to learn, if you’re passionate about helping people, we want you on our team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable staying active and engaged during your shift.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service, both in-store and online, to help build long-lasting customer relationships.
- An eagerness to learn and grow—we’ll provide the training you need to develop your skills and improve performance.

- $17.60/hr. plus performance incentives up to $19/hr.
