About the Role
Metaview is seeking its first Implementation Specialist to own the customer onboarding experience. This role involves configuring the product, conducting training, and ensuring users become productive with Metaview agents. A successful implementation is crucial for customer success and demonstrating clear ROI. This is a new position with significant opportunity to define best practices and gain deep insights into AI adoption within businesses.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementations for strategic customers, including planning, setup, and progress tracking.
- Configure Metaview by engineering prompts, providing context on company hiring, building note templates, and integrating with ATS and other systems.
- Conduct end-user training sessions, hiring manager onboarding, and create custom training materials.
- Monitor user adoption, identify underutilizing teams, and provide targeted support.
- Develop reusable assets and share learnings to improve future onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services at a B2B SaaS company with a complex product.
- Familiarity with the operational aspects of recruitment, including tools and workflows.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Strong product fluency and attention to detail.
- Proven ability in training and driving behavior change.
- Excellent hospitality and customer-facing skills.
- A systems thinking approach to create reusable solutions.
