About the Role
SIBYLONE, a consulting firm specializing in data systems, is seeking an expert in ESG and SQL to join their data team. This role will contribute to reporting, compliance, and responsible transformation projects, supporting clients in leveraging their data assets.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business needs in collaboration with Risk, Finance, and IT teams.
- Translate functional requirements into specifications for technical teams.
- Analyze and exploit complex data using SQL and Dataiku.
- Design, develop, and optimize data processing to meet business needs.
- Participate in improving data quality, reliability, and governance.
- Produce analyses and reports for business teams and stakeholders.
- Support users in understanding and utilizing data.
- Collaborate with international teams in a 100% English-speaking environment.
- Work on topics related to credit risk (RWA, banking products), Private Equity, and Private Credit.
- Participate in testing, validation, and deployment phases of data solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in Dataiku and SQL.
- Significant experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank.
- Good knowledge of credit risk issues, banking products, and RWA.
- Experience with Private Equity and/or Private Credit subjects is highly valued.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive.
- Fluent English (100% English work environment, professional level essential).
