About the Role

Help clients grow, manage wealth, and achieve ambitions through trusted relationships within Corporate and Institutional Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with experts across the bank to grow client relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions.
  • Build connections with clients to gain insight into their businesses and goals.
  • Act as the link between HSBC and its clients, ensuring the delivery of appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams, geographies, and functions, including Legal, Credit, and Risk.
  • Create client presentations, reports, and credit papers.
  • Support strategic reviews and pitches.
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments on client portfolios and transactions.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and HSBC will not engage in immigration sponsorship.
  • Available to work full time for 2 years commencing July 2027.
  • Available to join in person for onboarding, beginning the first Monday in June 2027.
  • Will have completed studies by July 2027.
  • Obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Legally permitted to work in the USA for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
