About the Role
ML6 is seeking senior talent to develop and implement impactful AI solutions that go beyond tweaking models or proofs-of-concept. You will focus on cutting-edge innovation in Generative AI (GenAI), working on autonomous AI agents, advanced work assistants, Agentic AI platform engineering, or redefining user journeys with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and conversational AI. This role offers the opportunity to take technical lead on projects, work end-to-end from data to production, and see your solutions live in real-world environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
- Take systems from idea to production deployment
- Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability
- Lead teams of engineers
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
- Lend technical expertise to client conversations to successfully start new opportunities
- Focus on cutting-edge innovation to build what others are only reading about (Emerging Domain)
- Work on topics such as autonomous AI agents, advanced work assistants, and Agentic AI platform engineering (Emerging Domain)
- Redefine the user journey (CX Domain)
- Work on advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and conversational AI (CX Domain)
Requirements
- 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)
- Experience within the GenAI space
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience leading projects or small technical teams
- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English
- Command of the German language is a plus
- Familiarity with MLOps principles
- Passion for building robust, scalable systems
- Currently based in Europe
