Responsibilities
- Work within the analog design team for new product development.
- Design analog blocks or higher-level sub-blocks.
- Work closely with digital and layout teams for the design analog blocks.
- Designing analog circuits such as LDOs, bandgap regulators, charge pumps, pre-drivers.
- Using simulation and verification tools.
- Contributing to the development of young engineers as mentor.
Requirements
- Doctor degree, or Master or bachelor degree holder with 3-5+ year work experience
- Familiar with CAD tools, such as schematic capture, SPICE simulator (or equivalent transistor level circuit simulator), Virtuoso
- Understanding of CMOS process technologies and device physics
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work well with teammates.
- Experience developing automotive products or applications
- Experience designing IPD products
