The program offers immersive exposure and intensive training, refining participant's investment skills with the ultimate objective of enabling advancement to a senior Portfolio Manager position within Caxton.

Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, and/or market making
- Expertise in, and ideally direct experience implementing, the proposed investment strategy and related markets
- Entrepreneurial risk-takers with a desire to build and grow their investment strategy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity for continuous growth and evolution
- Unwavering passion for the financial markets
