About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the ongoing technical operation of commercial properties and carry out all necessary maintenance. This role involves managing and controlling tenders and service contracts for technical services using our CAFM system, overseeing technical management and operator responsibility, and monitoring buildings and systems along with their maintenance cycles. You will also contribute to budget creation for maintenance measures.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the ongoing technical operation of commercial properties and carrying out all necessary maintenance measures.
- Taking responsibility for and managing tenders and contracts for technical services via our CAFM system.
- Ensuring technical management and operator responsibility.
- Monitoring and inspecting buildings and systems, as well as associated maintenance cycles.
- Participating in the creation of budgets for maintenance measures.
Requirements
- Completed technical/craftsman apprenticeship or relevant degree.
- Experience in Technical Property Management, ideally in the commercial sector, is advantageous.
- Willingness to take responsibility, high level of self-discipline, and healthy ambition.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
