About the Role

Adobe is seeking a GTM leader with Sales Specialist knowledge to direct the go-to-market strategy and sales activities for its 3D & Immersive (3DI) group, which manages the Substance 3D content creation platform. This role involves developing and expanding the go-to-market plan, building and leading a specialist team to drive enterprise pipeline and revenue, and fostering collaboration between product, marketing, and core sales to accelerate growth. The position does not include a sales quota.

Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and refine the global go-to-market approach for 3DI, identifying market opportunities and directing resources to increase revenue.
  • Define commercial offers for 3DI, collaborating with product and marketing on pricing, packaging, SKUs, and enterprise sales deal structures.
  • Identify new business growth avenues, develop partnership strategy and vision, and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with Adobe Account Executives, customers, and partners to establish Adobe Substance 3D as a trusted partner and generate qualified pipeline.
  • Represent Adobe in negotiations, achieving mutually beneficial outcomes and gaining agreement on deal structure and terms from business unit collaborators and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or GTM, with significant leadership in 3D software, digital media, or creative technology.
  • Proven history of meeting or surpassing large-scale revenue goals and expertise in negotiating complex agreements.
  • Demonstrated capability to guide high-performing teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to operate independently to identify and evaluate business opportunities, build partnership strategy, and assess market and competitive landscapes.
  • Outstanding executive communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at high levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and drive internal alignment across product, marketing, legal, finance, and sales.
  • Strategic problem solver able to translate broad opportunities into executable plans in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS or creative software GTM motions, with the ability to quickly master new product domains.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with a bias for action and a track record of building new business capabilities.
