Responsibilities
- Support customers with comprehensive expertise regarding their pets' needs.
- Oversee the well-being, proper housing, care, and feeding of animals in our stores.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries about food intolerances and pet toys.
- Manage goods receipt and dispatch, including order processing and compliance with animal welfare regulations.
- Multitask by highlighting current offers while diligently operating the cash register.
- Ensure products are attractively displayed in a clean and orderly store environment.
Requirements
- Passion for animals that can be shared with customers.
- Successfully completed the proficiency test according to §11 TierSchG (rodents).
- Use strong communication skills to engage customers with our products and services.
- Interest in animal-related topics is supported through professional training.
- Ideally, possess a commercial vocational qualification or practical retail experience; career changers are welcome.
