About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Sales Operation Executive for a 1-year maternity cover contract within the Cross Borders division, Payments line of business. Based in London (Moorgate), this role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding process by supporting the end-to-end journey in collaboration with Sales and Compliance teams, meeting regulatory requirements, and delivering a positive client experience. The position reports to the Commercial Director EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams by preparing high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and customer documentation.
  • Manage order processing, contract paperwork, and account updates with accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, operations, finance, and customers to maintain a seamless workflow.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting data using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and escalations with timely, professional follow-through.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready files, digital records, and data systems to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitate scheduling, meeting preparation, and logistics for sales events, calls, and trainings.
  • Review quotes, pricing, and order details for alignment with guidelines and approval frameworks.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational enhancements to strengthen team productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer experiences throughout the sales cycle.
