About the Role

This logistics management role involves issuing shipping instructions and preparing documentation to ensure that investigational drugs are reliably delivered to medical institutions and patients. You will serve as the central hub for ensuring accurate and prompt supply in accordance with global procedures (cGMP).

Responsibilities

  • Processing shipping and delivery orders based on the clinical trial plan
  • Creating picking lists and preparing shipping documents (including compliance with country-specific requirements)
  • Entering and managing inventory and shipping data in the system
  • Coordinating with teams and related departments, and resolving issues
  • Maintaining high-quality operations in accordance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience preparing documents in the logistics, warehousing, or SCM industry
  • Experience preparing documents in an environment with tight deadlines and time constraints
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Required to read and write in English and be capable of basic English communication
  • Candidates who are comfortable reading and writing in English (and are eager to learn)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP environment)
  • Having customer-focused and a fast learner
  • Must be excellent with numbers, a good creative problem solver and bring a positive, optimistic, energized self to work
  • Able to communicate effectively with management and other departments
