  • Evaluate client risk practices, identify process improvements, and recommend practical solutions using data-driven insights while ensuring appropriate human oversight of AI-assisted outputs.
  • Collaborate across Credit Risk, Market Risk, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other business functions to deliver effective transformation outcomes.
  • Contribute to internal capability building, business development, and risk thought leadership, including identifying opportunities to responsibly apply AI to client solutions.

  • Practical experience in risk assessments, target operating model design, and control implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using approved AI tools to support analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills together with an interest in responsible AI adoption within regulated environments.
  • Track record of delivery as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing across business functions.
