About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to own GP's functional product line end to end, making trade-offs explicit, defensible, and delivered. This role is crucial for driving the product's international expansion and evolution over the next three years, focusing on opening new markets, evolving the business model with AI, modernizing the platform, and preparing its technical future.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and roadmap for GP's functional line, including regulatory coverage, calculation logic, and business modules.
- Manage client governance, product reviews, and thought leadership committees directly with engaged clients.
- Define the line between standard product features and client-specific developments, and manage the convergence of specific developments back into the standard.
- Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Professional Services on packaging, module scope, and commercial enablement.
- Manage the intake of regulatory and compliance changes, translating them into a prioritized, dated, and communicated roadmap.
- Oversee migration and adoption programs, focusing on client sequencing and incentives.
- Manage the backlog and delivery with squads, writing and defending specifications, and prioritizing with cross-functional teams.
- Own product-side targets within the R&D engineering maturity framework, including documentation, coverage, regression, security, scalability, maintenance, and investment allocation.
- Prepare the technical future by coordinating with platform engineering on AI-augmented development, AI-powered testing, and product documentation.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in financial software with hands-on knowledge of back-office operations (NAV production, portfolio valuation, P&L, accounting entries, corporate actions, or regulatory reporting).
- Comfortable owning a backlog with non-negotiable legal deadlines and multiple local variants for the same functional need.
- Experience taking major functional or regulatory programs from specification through to live client adoption.
- Ability to present GP to client executive committees, internal governance, and in due diligence contexts.
- Proficiency in both French and English for executive and client-facing communication.
