About the Role

As a Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) Specialist, you will act as an advisor to Google’s largest and most sophisticated advertisers. You will lead the measurement and experimentation strategy, using insights to solve business issues and unlock new avenues for growth during a pivotal moment of industry transformation. Working at the intersection of media, technology, and data science, you will partner with our clients to guide their measurement maturity and support their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Understand privacy-durable data foundations for clients by guiding the implementation of Google’s tagging infrastructure (gTag, Google Tag Manager (GTM), server-side GTM) and first-party data solutions (Data Manager API, Google Cloud integrations) to ensure resilient signal capture.
  • Develop measurement plans for advertisers and agencies using incrementality experiments, MMM, and attribution frameworks to prove media value.
  • Act as a technical advisor to analytics, finance, and marketing decision-makers; challenge the status quo, build executive partnerships, and deliver compelling data stories that influence business decisions.
  • Lead the business-cycle for prioritized data and measurement opportunities across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform products, managing feature adoption, scaling AI innovation, and accelerating business growth.
  • Apply data science, causal inference, and statistical modeling techniques to design incrementality experiments, optimize MMM data inputs, and help clients navigate changing industry privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience working with advanced measurement methodologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Incrementality testing (Conversion Lift, Brand Lift), or Causal Impact analysis.
  • Experience in deploying first-party data strategies, customer data systems, and Google’s measurement ecosystem, including Google Analytics, tagging systems (gTag, GTM), and key APIs.
  • Experience managing and influencing executive stakeholder relationships on recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to execute measurement frameworks, marketing experiments, incrementality testing, causal lift, MMM, and Multi-Touch Attribution.
  • Ability to consult with executive clients, manage external vendors, and partner across cross-functional teams to drive alignment.
  • Excellent statistical skills to translate datasets into financial insights, compelling dashboards, and clear executive presentations.
