About the Role
Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member, playing a vital role in delivering top-quality products efficiently and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Operate on the road in various weather conditions.
- Follow pre-planned routes.
- Handle deliveries that may include alcohol products.
Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
- Must be over 18 to apply due to alcohol product handling.
- Good communication skills are essential.
