About the Role
As a Sales Advocate at Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, you will guide customers in finding the right device and plan. This role involves real sales, problem-solving, and closing deals, with earnings directly tied to your performance. Top performers can earn significantly more, supported by a fully paid 3-week training program.
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions
- Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection
- Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices
- Occasionally represent the brand at community events
- Bring positive energy to the store and help shape a positive store culture
- Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care
- Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communicator, written and verbal
- Self-starter with a results-focused mindset
- Expect to be on your feet most of your shift
- Will use tablets and POS systems throughout the day
- May occasionally move items up to 15 lbs.
