About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales within your assigned territory (Greater Frankfurt, Saarland, Berlin/Dresden, or Hamburg) for the Residential sector, focusing on heating technology and split air conditioning units.
- Actively sell heating systems to wholesalers, acquire new trade partners, and cultivate existing business relationships.
- Acquire new customers and partners, continuously expanding your customer base.
- Ensure professional customer support and foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide technical consultation, plan projects, and create tailored offers.
- Train partners on-site and support them in implementing solutions.
- Analyze market and competition, identify potential, and represent the company at trade fairs and events.
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship in the heating industry.
- Several years of professional experience in sales of heating technology and split air conditioning units.
- Highly independent and structured work style.
- Strong communication skills, sales talent, and enjoyment of customer consultation.
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and persuasiveness.
- Flexibility, pioneering spirit, and hands-on mentality.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Good English language skills.
- Ideally reside within the assigned sales territory (Greater Frankfurt, Saarland, Berlin/Dresden, or Hamburg).
