About the Role

The Delivery Coordinator supports day-to-day site operations as part of the Workplace Experience team, providing workplace management and administrative coordination. The role acts as the on-site point of contact for Global Real Estate (GRE) workplace activities, requiring proactive engagement with lines of business (LOBs) and service partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality occupant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain workplace standards, including Clear Desk/Clear Deck compliance and the lost property process.
  • Conduct proactive checks to ensure occupants return to a refreshed, clean workplace.
  • Contribute to a proactive, responsive, agile team culture.
  • Provide functional operational coordination to deliver consistent service excellence on site.
  • Implement service tasks, procedures and policies; track performance against SLAs/KPIs.
  • Review and spot-check supplier/service-provider performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Understand site operational and technical requirements; support contract continuity.
  • Deliver comprehensive workplace management for office premises, including routine inspections and issue resolution.
  • Manage and follow the change control process for site changes and workplace initiatives.
  • Handle occupant/user concerns professionally, provide solutions, and follow through to closure.
  • Identify operational issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Raise risks and issues promptly to the Workplace Experience Site Lead.
  • Support incident reporting and coordination during emergencies.
  • Perform basic analysis/reporting when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management and/or hospitality (or related workplace operations environment).
  • Fluent in English.
