About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UI Designer specializing in mobile interface design for a strategic project within an agile environment. The role focuses on enhancing visual quality and user experience for high-stakes digital products in the banking and digital sector, with a primary emphasis on UI production within a product team.
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to UI production.
- Design mobile application interfaces.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and variations in collaboration with the UX Designer.
- Define visual styles, components, micro-interactions, and animations.
- Apply and enrich the Design System.
- Ensure graphic consistency and UI standards.
- Write documentation and interface patterns.
- Integrate into an agile product team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and UX Designers.
- Actively participate in agile rituals.
Requirements
- Significant experience in mobile applications and agile/product environments.
- Very operational positioning focused on design and production.
- Expertise in mobile-first interface design.
- Strong UI production capability.
- Indispensable mastery of Figma (design, components, auto-layout).
- Creation of high-fidelity mockups.
- Responsive variations and micro-interactions.
- Mastery of Design Systems.
- Understanding of mobile technical constraints (iOS/Android).
- Sensitivity to accessibility.
