About the Role
Join our 4flow research team to develop innovative digitalization solutions and conduct research in supply chain management and logistics. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of research and consulting, supporting activities in agile projects with experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Develop smart algorithms and machine learning models.
- Build functions and modules in Python or R.
- Implement prototypes and customized software solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.
- Review available libraries and frameworks, assessing their performance.
- Document results clearly and actively share knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in (business) informatics, data science, or a comparable field.
- Gained practical experience.
- Proficiency in Python and common scientific computing and machine learning libraries.
- First practical experience with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG and AI agents.
- Interest in logistics-related topics.
- Enthusiasm for developing custom tools in the cloud or as a service.
- Excellent English skills.
